“…but what really blew me away…”

The same night that I ordered those fantastic chandelier earrings from Hallelu.com, I also ordered a pair of boyfriend jeans from Land’s End Canvas.  Land’s End makes great, quality denim. So there was no surprise that the jeans were exactly as described, and they were a great fit. But what really blew me away was the hand written thank-you note I received from the customer care specialist that processed my order!  The note card arrived on the same day, but separate from the jeans.  Now that’s what I call remarkable customer service!  Marketing Guru Seth Godin, says that ‘remarkable is what we call something we remark on.’  Remarkable to me is a hand-written thank you note from a large retailer.

Lands’ End has gained a new loyal customer.

    Wow! Talk about unexpected! That is pretty impressive coming from a large retailer!
